A spacious deep session - perfect for energetic clearing, relaxation or integration. Includes a 60 minute in person session with intention setting and light debrief after.

These sessions offer holistic health support rooted in naturopathic principles, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and co-creating a plan that feels right for you. Ideal if you're ready to reconnect with your wellbeing—without the overwhelm.
First Session: A spacious one-on-one session to explore what’s going on and co-create a simple, practical care plan. For new clients.

Follow-Up Session: For reviewing your plan, evaluating goals, updating remedies and continuing support.
Length: 40min

Flower Essence Session
Flower essences gently support emotional healing by helping to shift patterns, thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back. Book a personalised session to explore your needs more deeply.
Includes: A consultation, custom made essence & express post
