A spacious deep session - perfect for energetic clearing, relaxation or integration. Includes a 60 minute in person session with intention setting and light debrief after.

Online Sessions
Naturopathy
These sessions offer holistic health support rooted in naturopathic principles, with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and co-creating a plan that feels right for you. Ideal if you're ready to reconnect with your wellbeing without the overwhelm.
Distance Reiki
A gentle energetic reset - ideal for emotional check-ins, stress relief or grounding. Distance Reiki appointments are available via video chat in realtime or flexible delivery.
Includes: Reiki session with emailed summary
Flower Essences
Flower essences gently support emotional healing by helping to shift patterns, thoughts and feelings that may be holding you back. Book a personalised session to explore your needs more deeply.
Initial Session
For all new clients. Comprehensive intake and assessment to understand what's going on and create your starting plan.
1hr - $150
Standard Session
For ongoing support,
follow-ups, treatments, or combination sessions (naturopathy, reiki, flower essences.)
45min - $85
Express Session
For quick check-ins,
acute care consults,
single-focus work
or targeted support.
30min - $65
Appointments are available Wednesdays and Saturdays.
