It might look like listening to your body, letting go of what no longer serves you or making small, nourishing choices that align with your values. It might mean slowing down, prioritising rest or reaching out for support when you need it.

Cultivating Wellbeing

I offer a quiet, grounded space where your story matters. Sessions are intuitive and conversational— less like a formal clinical intake and more like a collaborative chat.
I listen deeply to understand what’s going on for you, what you need and what matters most right now.

From there, I’ll create a tailored treatment plan that focuses on less, not more. This might include gentle lifestyle shifts, rest practices, flower essences, herbal or nutritional remedies or simply new ways of thinking about your health and wellbeing.

I won’t overprescribe or try to fix everything at once. Instead, we work together in a way that honours your pace and your values.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a specific health concern to book?
Not at all. Many people come for general support—like low energy, emotional overwhelm, or wanting to reconnect with their health in a simple, empowered way. These sessions are about you, not just your symptoms.
Do you work with specific or chronic conditions?
I don’t treat medical conditions directly—instead, I support the person as a whole. My focus is on your foundations: rest, nervous system support, emotional health, and reconnecting with what your body truly needs. Many clients with chronic conditions find this approach deeply supportive alongside other care.
Will I be prescribed lots of supplements?
No. I take a “less is more” approach—only recommending what feels truly necessary. I may suggest supplements, but always with clarity and intention, and never as a blanket prescription.
What might we talk about in a consult?
That really depends on what’s going on for you. We might explore your energy, sleep, digestion, mood, menstrual cycle, stress patterns, or emotional wellbeing. Sessions are intuitive and guided by your goals and needs.
Can Reiki be included in a consult?
While Reiki is offered as a separate service, it can also be included in your overall care plan if we feel it would support your emotional, energetic, or nervous system wellbeing. Some clients choose to alternate between consults and Reiki sessions, while others use Reiki as a way to integrate the deeper shifts that arise during our work together. It’s always optional and based on what feels most helpful for you.
What happens after I book?
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know. Consults are held online via video or phone—whatever feels easiest for you.
During our session, I’ll take notes and ask questions to help us get to the heart of what’s going on. You’ll leave with a simple, personalised plan that reflects your goals, values, and capacity—nothing overwhelming, just clear next steps.
Afterwards, I’ll email your plan along with any remedy suggestions. If we’ve discussed herbal or flower essence support, I’ll provide a prescription or link to order (with practitioner-only discounts), or arrange custom blends with postage if needed.
