Hello! I’m Sally, a Naturopath, Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner with over a decade of experience in health and healing. I know firsthand that the journey toward health and well-being is deeply personal, often involving a delicate dance between vulnerability and resilience.
Through my life, health and healing experiences so far, I've learned that true healing is not about seeking perfection but about embracing all aspects of our human journey with compassion.
My own story has shaped who I am today as a practitioner, guiding my commitment to helping you find healing and wellbeing that honours your unique experience.
As a holistic health practitioner, I believe that health goes beyond the physical—it encompasses our minds, hearts, and spirits. With each client, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your path to well-being.
A few chapters from my journey...
2006 🎒
Quit my job, went backpacking for 3 months, fell in love (with travel and my future husband), and enrolled in Naturopathy.
2008 🧘♀️
I started practicing Yoga. I took local classes and practiced alot at home (after apps were invented) 😂

2013 🌿
Started my dream job as a naturopath, dove into energy medicine (kinesiology, acupuncture, etc.), and began building a toolkit that now forms the heart of my holistic approach. Experienced infertility as part of my journey. Journalling and meditation entered the scene.
2014–2015 💔
Got hooked on CrossFit, started working in my dream job and fell pregnant finally! Felt invincible... Then everything changed. A traumatic birth and severe PNDA unravelled life as I knew it. It was a hard and humbling time, but also the beginning of my real healing—one breath, one Yoga class, one tear at a time.
2016–2018 ✨
Went back to work, completed 350hr Yoga Teacher Training and Restorative Yoga Level 1. Had my second daughter. Life was full: raising two kids, navigating health challenges, marriage, and the constant dance of self-doubt and soul-searching. Yoga, journalling, and inner work became my anchors.
2019–2021 🔮
Deepened my commitment to living holistically—guided by intuition, my healing tools, and the practices that had held me for so long. Even when health wobbled or the world felt chaotic, I knew how to return to centre.
2021–2025 🌕
Left the traditional health industry, followed a new (and unexpected) path, and surrendered to not knowing where it was leading. Trust became my compass. I completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 and began the next chapter of my adventure...
